Ms. Julienne Loh is a visionary leader with a global reputation for driving impact in the financial sector and beyond. She brings over 17 years of experience at Mastercard Asia Pacific, where she held key executive roles that shaped the region’s financial and technological landscape. From 2005 until her departure in December 2022, Ms. Loh was a catalyst for innovation and inclusive growth.
In 2009, she made history as Mastercard’s first Singaporean female Country Manager, a milestone that reflects her pioneering spirit and ability to break barriers. In 2016, she was appointed the first Asian female Group Executive to lead the Asia Pacific Products and Innovation Group, where she championed initiatives that advanced digital payments, financial inclusion, and technological innovation. Her career culminated in global leadership roles as Group Executive for Enterprise Partnerships and Mastercard Transaction Services before she transitioned out of corporate life.
Since 2023, Ms. Loh has dedicated her expertise to leadership development and executive coaching, with a passion for nurturing high-potential leaders and creating environments where high impact and emerging talent thrive. Mr. Raymond Wong is currently leading the Asia Pacific Basestocks and Waxes business for ExxonMobil. Before assuming this position, he was Senior Director for the B2B Fuels Business for ExxonMobil in Asia Pacific.
Mr. Wong began his career with Mobil Oil Singapore as a Marketing Programs Executive in 1996. In 28 years that he has been with the company, Mr. Wong, a native Singaporean, has held 14 different assignments, covering various portfolios including Sales, Marketing, Financial Reporting and Strategic Planning.
Mr. Wong spent 4 years working in ExxonMobil’s Downstream headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia, where he had a variety of Managerial assignments in Planning, Operations, and Treasurers in ExxonMobil's Lubricants & Specialties Company. He was also based in New Delhi, India for 3 years where he was CEO and Director of ExxonMobil's Downstream business in India.
Mr. Wong graduated with a degree in Finance and Management (Honors) in 1993 and obtained his MBA in 1998. In addition to being a Board member of Junior Achievement Singapore, he is a member of the School Advisory Council for Crescent Girls School in Singapore and has previously served on the board of an International Church in India. His spouse has a degree in European Studies and taught English and History in high school before taking a leave of absence to accompany Mr. Wong on his overseas assignments. They have 2 daughters, Hannah and Liesel, ages 21 and 17. His hobbies include sports and traveling where he has visited > 50 countries to-date.

Mrs Wendy Wong graduated from the University of Singapore with LLB (Hons) in 1978 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1979 and as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1995. Mrs Wong is a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. Mrs Wong holds the designation of a Trust and Estate Practitioner since 31 July 2006 when she was admitted as a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Mrs Wong’s expertise is in Banking, Corporate Finance, Corporate and Commercial Law, Conveyancing and Trust & Estate Planning.
In February 1986, Mrs Wong started the law firm of Wendy Wong, now known as Wong Alliance LLP. In 2010, she started a law practice in Timor-Leste known as Wong Alliance Law Office (TL) Lda.

She has spent more than 20 years in the tax and financial services industry specializing in tax investigation, trust and family succession planning. Her expertise centres on advising families on their family office, succession planning, philanthropic effort and sustainable investing. Before starting her own firm, she was the Managing Director and Head of Wealth Advisory South East Asia at J P Morgan Private Bank, Singapore. She had previously held senior positions in HSBC Trustee Singapore and Equity Trust Singapore (now known as TMF Group). She started her career with Inland Revenue of Singapore as a tax investigator.
Ms Goh is active in the Singapore’s trust professional body, Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP), she is well apprised of the rapid evolving tax and family office landscape both in Singapore and the international space. Through her leadership, she was instrumental in raising the professional standards of trust professions in the industry. She was Chairperson between 2012 to 2015 and from 2015 to 2017, she held STEP Council Representative position for Singapore and Malaysia. Currently, she is the Vice-Chair of STEP Singapore Branch.
Ms. Goh graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from National University of Singapore. She is married with two children. Apart from work, she spends time with family on outdoor activities such as biking and camping. She believes in recycling for environmental sustainability.

He has worked with senior directors across various industries like FMCG, Communications & High Tech, Logistics, Education and Government organizations. He has worked extensively across the region covering clients in Southeast Asia, Japan, UK, Australia and USA.
Mr. Iyer currently oversees Accenture’s Workday Practice across APAC driving initiatives around HR and Finance transformation, human performance and organization effectiveness. Mr. Iyer was also instrumental in establishing the Talent Advancement Program within Accenture Southeast Asia, which is a uniquely crafted program to develop young talent joining Accenture into future leaders through a systematic framework that covers learning, innovative engagement and enriched career experiences through skills focused job rotation
Mr. Iyer prides himself in helping organizations realize the power of Digital Transformation to drive differentiated customer experience and productivity. He was the Innovation Director for the National Gallery-Accenture Collaboration Program that won Accenture numerous awards for leading edge digital innovations delivered. Mr. Iyer is also a non-executive director playing the role of Strategic Advisor for the performing arts company Singapore Indian Orchestra and Choir (SIOC). He has also been an active grassroots leads for over 12 years and is passionate about supporting initiatives around youth empowerment, active ageing, blood donation drives and cross cultural community engagement.
Mr. Iyer has been associated with Junior Achievement for almost two decades through Accenture – initially as a volunteer delivering programs for youth enablement and subsequently as the CSR lead for youth in Singapore since 2020. He continues to actively support JA’s efforts by actively supporting volunteering efforts as well as joint initiatives such as the Sustainability Innovation Challenge conducted in 2023.
Mr. Iyer moved to Singapore to study at NTU under the prestigious Singapore Airlines scholarship and is now a Singapore citizen. His lovely family comprises his loving wife and three children. His passion includes singing Indian classical music, travel, community service and spending quality time with family.

Since joining FedEx in 2001 as an Operations Manager, Mr. Tan has amassed over 20 years of expertise in logistics, championing operational excellence and continuous innovation. He is a strong advocate for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), working with government and industry leaders to advance sustainable practices. His passion for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is further reflected in his decade-long involvement with the FedEx/Junior Achievement International Trade Challenge in Singapore, where he inspires young students. Now, as a Board Member of Junior Achievement Singapore, he looks forward to empowering the next generation of leaders.

Ms. Ng Hau Yee
Junior Achievement Singapore
Ms. Ng Hau Yee brought Junior Achievement into Singapore in 2007 and incorporated the organization in 2008 when she became its first Executive Director. Under her helm, JA Singapore has taught over 282,000 students with more than 25,000 volunteers since 2008 and the organization continues to grow year over year.
Professionally, in 2004 after 20 years in the corporate world, Ms. Ng started her own firm, Adept Analysis & Management. Adept Analysis provides services in financial, business and data analysis, start-up support, accounting services, process improvement, and other services related to the finance function. In addition to project-based work, Adept Analysis also provides short and long-term outsource finance director/CFO type of services to small and medium size enterprises.
Ms. Ng has an extensive career in the finance function with her last corporate position as the Asia Pacific Finance & Administration Director for Auspex Systems, Inc. where she was responsible for all aspects of finance, human resources, and sales administration. Upon joining Auspex, she was responsible for setting up the Asia Pacific Headquarters in Singapore to properly expand into and support the Asia Pacific market.
Ms. Ng began her finance career with Digital Equipment Corporation where she held broad and successively responsible positions over a 10-year period. During her last two years at Digital, Ms. Ng relocated to Singapore from the U.S. and served as the Asia Pacific Financial Planning and Analysis Manager – leading the budgeting, planning and financial analysis activities for Digital’s sales and marketing division in Asia Pacific. Her previous positions in the U.S. included senior financial roles in Product Management and Development, Worldwide Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, and New Venture Investments.
Ms. Ng graduated from the Columbia Business School with an MBA in Finance and International Business, and received her undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Outside of work, Ms. Ng is extremely active in the alumni community. Since graduation, Ms. Ng has been an applicant interviewer for the MIT undergraduate program as well as for the Columbia Business School MBA program. She has been on the Executive Committee of both the Columbia University and MIT alumni clubs in Singapore for many years. In addition, Ms. Ng was a founding member and the President of the Distinguished Universities Alumni League (DUAL), which is a local umbrella organization of 20 prominent university alumni clubs for almost 20 years. Ms. Ng is also a member of the Rotary Club of Sentosa, served on their Board and was a Past President.
Ms. Ng was born in Hong Kong and grew up in New York. She relocated to Singapore with her husband and two children in 1996.
