JA Project Management

JA Project Management workshop is activity-based, practical-oriented learning. It helps students with important project management skills such as organize their work, understand the environmental constraints related to projects, and holistic approach to plan for projects. The average time for this workshop is 4 hours.

- Prioritize requirements
- Breakdown the work
- Identify dependencies of the work

Teachers’ Involvement
Teachers are expected to provide guidance and observation to the students. Their involvement in the JA PM workshop likely to be:
All JA programs are designed to support the skills and competencies identified by the Partnership for 21st Century Skills. These programs also augment school-based, work-based, and connecting activities for communities with school-to-work initiatives.

Teachers’ Involvement
Teachers are expected to provide guidance and observation to the students. Their involvement in the JA PM workshop likely to be:
- 4 hours
- Presence in the workshop sessions
- Teacher-in-charge to be briefed of the program learning points
